Our greatest commitment is total transparency and your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, you noticed that it had a manufacturing defect or did not fit, we guarantee your right to exchange it in accordance with the terms below based on Consumer Law - Consumer Protection:
1. Exchanges only if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not fit : You have 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt to notify us and return the product so that we can make the exchange.
NOTE: Remember that the first step to exchange is to contact our Customer Service Center by email or WhatsApp. Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the exchange of the product.
- The customer will have to send the products in perfect condition to our office, via Post Office (PAC) and we will refund the total amount paid for the order, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
- In case of exchange due to manufacturing defect or not fitting, the customer must send us a video or photos proving the problem, the packaging of the product received must be shown (post office packaging, with label), it is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.
- If the customer is unable to make the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send us the product for analysis and, if the return is approved, the value of the item will be refunded to the factory. The product must be sent in its original packaging, with the container's label intact.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
